To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 五月二十日 ,十二點九黎到排隊,目測前面係排左三至四十人。門口已經係打曬蛇餅幾個圈兜黎兜去咁排緊。大概一點五先入到去坐。必叫既當然係酥皮焗叉燒包兩個人叫左八樣野食,真係眼闊肚窄。酥皮叉燒包真係必食,外皮類似係墨西哥包,但個人覺得呢個係再鬆化少少,其實呢個外皮配奶黃餡應該都好正。馬拉糕都係個人必食既點心,不過一拎黎就忍唔住講 咁細舊既?!個份量係得平時食開既一半size 咁。朋友愛食燒賣,個人覺得普普通通。糯米雞完全唔掂,有啲 “叔”味咁。不過份量都大大隻既。春卷香口,夠脆身~而且熱辣辣,好食~兩個人埋單205,講真都少少貴,加上要排隊既話,就唔值得食啦。如果唔駛排,我下次會再食叉燒包,或者外賣食都正既!!
