千両 sen-ryo 全新香港旗艦店,近日於九龍塘又一城隆重開幕,位於溜冰場旁邊,為千両的第 13 間分店。源自日本關東栃木県的千両,十年前首度進駐香港;而旗艦店是香港第一間概念店,為慶祝十周年而開設。千両身為首間設有獨立清酒吧的日本迴轉壽司店,旗艦店當然同樣設有其招牌清酒吧。食物方面,千両亦特別為旗艦店設計了多款當店限定供應的珍品美食,就只有在這裡品嚐得到。餐廳面積很大,座位多而寬敞舒適,裝潢主要採用日本和紙、木材及石材等,高貴時尚得來又不失傳統味道。樓上更設有包廂空間,自成一角,桌與桌之間以布簾分隔,私隱度更高,一大班朋友來共聚最適合。用來打頭陣的菜式,似乎想賣弄一下師傅的精湛手藝。柔嫩的大白菜外層,包裹著多款爽脆的蔬菜及野菌;加入富鰹魚味的上湯,凝結成充滿彈性的果凍,配搭柚子味噌,賣相非常精緻高雅,味道清新又開胃。原隻赤海蝦,以細緻的刀工切成層層薄片,再卷成花朵狀。味道極為甘甜,而切過後口感更覺柔嫩幼滑。充滿華麗感的刺身拼盤,看著已令人食指大動!當中至少會有一款,是當天從日本築地直送的新鮮食材。嚴選【日本毛蟹】體積可不少,經已預先拆好蟹肉放到蟹蓋內,再放回滿滿的濃郁蟹膏,實在邪惡

距離上次到千両吃晚飯已經很久了,午飯就吃得多(我向來大讚千両的午餐非常抵食),這次來到旗艦店,品嚐過多款旗艦店限定的美食,總括來說有不少驚喜,食物不止保持以往水準,還有進步,亦不斷創新。而且價錢比預期中便宜,以這個質素來說算超值,尤其是刺身拼盤,實在優質值得推介,不妨來試試吧。
