To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老實說，我是看飲食節目而特地來吃的。節目裡介紹了蝦多士和流心西多士，果然讓人歎為觀止！看這個流心效果！ 餡料味道是流沙包那樣，充滿鹹蛋香！ 流心配不敷衍，雖然有點油，但還是接近完美！必吃！！！蝦多士本身不是我喜歡的食物，不過芝麻香口，同行的家人都很喜歡。唯一就是蝦膠偏軟身，而且也是比較油。春卷炸很很香脆，因為偏長身，所以相對餡料較少。鳳爪不錯，很軟很入味。馬拉糕還可以，不過唐X包點的香甜一些。菜苗餃不過不失，可以一試。鵪鶉蛋燒賣 還算不錯，可是唐X包點的比較好味。咖喱味太淡了… 不推薦… ｰｰｰｰｰｰ店員很友善啊，很親切，一定會再來的！
