To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向怕食中菜既原因係 重味精！自己家裡煮菜所有食材包括雞湯, 調味料都係不容許有味精的點了幾款熱菜, 中湯都不錯 (最討厭有味精既中湯!!)難得無味精的中菜館, 食物仍然美味尤其喜歡龍鳳卷, 一口牛柳粒, 最愛係甜品釀雪梨！！裝修頗雅致的, 服務亦可以價錢稍貴, 但食物質素是值得的已經推介了給幾位好友, 都是好評的~
