朋友介紹咗間工廈素食私房菜。我哋先預訂咗二人份量嘅蛋奶素餐,菜式由廚師發辦。人均$1xx-2xx,根據食材、菜式而定。老闆娘以時令食材入饌,無添加任何味精,可以食到新鮮食材原汁原味。🔸涼拌海茸海茸口感爽脆,配上醬汁酸辣開胃。🔸竹笙羹竹笙加上冬菇、猴頭菇,令湯羹味道鮮甜帶清香。🔸焗大啡菇大啡菇加上椰菜絲、薯蓉、芝士,焗得金黃吸引。入口飽滿多汁,味道層次豐富。🔸炸金菇炸粉夠薄,口感酥脆唔油膩,仲有啲台式鹽酥嘅風味。🔸茭白荀口感爽脆,仲帶有荀類獨有香味。加上些少炸過嘅金菇,確實有啲似節瓜莆。🔸煎餃子 餃子以薯仔、沙葛、紅蘿蔔做餡料,味道清甜。📍家味蔬食 (觀塘)觀塘成業街19-21號成業工業大廈5樓29號舖
