To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無咩料既方魚肉碎粥

諗住清清地試下方魚肉碎泡飯 平時潮x春收$40左右都足料既 但呢度收$28既得一兩塊冬菇絲加少少肉碎 而方魚片就搵極都睇唔到又食唔出 應該係用大地魚粉加味精整個泡飯出黎 食落口渴又無料 唔值得叫 想食泡飯寧願叫$10上湯泡飯好過 應該都差唔多其他鯪魚釀涼瓜同客家釀豆腐都正常無咩特別 見人地碟豉油皇煎蝦都係迷你版 唔好抱有特別期望
