今次再次光臨滿福樓,又可以細味豐富美食。滿福樓經常爆滿,想品嚐到獲奬無數的得獎菜式,就一定要預早訂位。每一道菜色都係精心炮製,完全可以感受到大廚用心製作,色香味俱全。每一個細節都可以睇到出,連餐具都唔係普通貨色,用上NARUMI 骨瓷的餐具。一杯一碟都見到敦煌飛天的美態。今次有八道菜,包括:乳豬件配胡麻冰菜,作為頭盆的冰菜好清新丶醒胃,冰菜好爽脆,乳豬大小適中,皮脆肉嫩。原個椰皇鮑魚灌湯包,未放低已經聞到陣陣椰皇香味,湯相當清甜,材料十足,賣相精緻。風味金榜明蝦球,呢個都算係必食推介,用多種香料製成嘅醬汁配上爽口彈牙嘅蝦球,旁邊的炸饅頭一定要沾上醬汁黎食。紅燒脆皮乳鴿,肉質鮮嫩。羊肚菌素菜卷,賣相精緻,好似一對翼咁。台山焗釀豆腐,裡面有鹹蛋粒丶肉碎丶豆腐,全部加埋一齊都幾好味。銀芽蟹肉燴伊麵,蟹肉好多,好味。甜品方面,我揀左椰子雪糕,有涼粉喺雪糕下面,好香椰子味。每一位職員都好有禮貌,服務態度好,專業精神,令每一位客人都感受到賓至如歸。特別鳴謝Edward細心嘅招待。
