To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一冰廳個舖位前身係另一間高質黃店花果園餐廳,當花果園退場時,我都傷心咗一陣😭,幸好,一冰廳嘅質素都絕對唔差😁。呢度最出名嘅係鮮粟米忌廉湯火腿通粉,據聞湯底係老闆每個朝早用新鮮粟米淆製,試一口,果然名不虛傳:湯底既 creamy,又有濃濃嘅粟米味,鮮甜到不得了😍;另外,早餐個炒蛋又係一絕,又香又滑,上枱時仲有蛋汁流出,好食😋。最後杯檸茶估唔到都有驚喜:檸檬有厚切嘅三大片,一啲都唔孤寒😆,檸檬味仲非常清香,一啲都唔苦澀,確係高汁👍。
