To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2007年5月13日。母親節晚上。青衣稻香。唔使問,只有套餐($2288包2枝大啤和2渣果汁)。1.芝士龍蝦伊麵:料足,不過味道一般。2.乳豬件:幾脆。好味。3.杏香鴛鴦丸:無味。得D仁片香。4.杞紅爆雙蚌:貴妃蚌比珊瑚蚌少。吃到這裏,很有D火鍋料稍為加工變小菜feel5.竹笙翅:不提也罷。6.東星斑:幾好,都夠滑。7.螺片鵝掌:OK。8.脆皮雞:不錯,雞肉也滑和嫩。9.荷葉飯:不錯,不過大家已吃不下了。10.蟠桃壽包:D包唔得,有陣怪味,好似D餡壞了的臭味。11.生果拼盤:好細。全包宴,一開始已無期望啦。所以無失望。
