To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔係第一次出街食擔擔麵,有些麵館製作真係完全唔辣以花生麻醬香取勝,或是會少/中/大辣選擇(會有辣椒標示),但响依個餐牌上,個别麵類會有辣椒標示,已專登點個無辣椒標示嘅所謂“王牌擔擔麵”,唔係太食得辣嘅我(少辣是可以接受的),食到想噴火,完全被誤導。埋單時跟收銀講,佢話係呀,D餸係辣嘅先會有辣椒標示架。吹脹。完全無歉意。唔食辣有D人係因為口味問題,有D係因為身體狀況問題,又唔想浪費食物,焗住食真係多得你哋唔少。
