To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. This restaurant was recommended by a friend, and we were in the area so we booked a table for 9! The soup is a must have, we tried three types and all of them were absolute the real deal with quality ingredients! The hand-strip chicken had crunchy skin and silk like meat, it was really cooked to perfection! The free-range chicken was also very very nice! Other dishes like the sour fish had a perfect seasoning! Pigeons, 小炒 are all very tasty! Service was impeccable! I think the owner served us and she was very accommodating!

一入到呢間餐廳,就覺得自己淨化左,裝潢簡單得黎又有種返璞歸真嘅感覺🌱。我點了個麻辣魚鍋,湯底麻而不燥,辣得啱啱好,簡直係辣得過癮😋,條魚肉質結實,一啖咬落去,鮮美得滯!仲有口水雞,真係正中我心頭好味,雞肉緊實,帶著川椒嘅微妙香辣,一啖又一啖,簡直停唔到口!至於涼拌嘅白蘿蔔辣椒同青瓜木耳,一開始就為飯局掀開咗好戲嘅序幕,真係開胃添味!飯後心情愉快,覺得今日發現咗個寶地。這裡嘅有機食材,令人食得更加放心,好似係為喺都市生活嘅我哋來咗一次近距離嘅接觸大自然。話唔定遲啲仲會搵機會再回味一次,朋友嚟嘅時候,都要帶佢哋一齊嚟試試!👍🏽

很久已知道此店有揾食肥華,至愛的菜乾豬肺湯供應,但要成$48盅,直係唔捨得飲,不過在7月31日下午,肥華路過此店,發現此店有個,菜乾豬肝湯特價餐,衹收$36蚊一客,肥華隨即急Call靚媽,收工後到此店,食嘢,飲湯,一如肥華所料,今日呢兩盅豬肺湯冇令肥華失望,夠料夠火路,加上靚媽所點個碟,$28蚊嘅雞柳炒烏冬,鑊氣十足,味道亦佳,本來呢餐真係冇乜得彈,但此店供給顧客使用之調味用品,卻過份吝嗇,不是每枱都有,衹有水吧枱面,才有辣椒醬和胡椒粉及鹽供顧客共用,令到肥華要對此店,好評扣分‼️

近年搬左嚟新蒲崗,都食過好多間茶記,其實大部份價錢都算平,仲有啲餐廳好似幾出名,不過講真好多間嘅食物都麻麻地🫣呢間餐廳雖然裝修普通、價錢都唔係好平,但食物味道都算比較高質,我地叫左2份午餐:🍽香辣水煮魚飯我地叫左小辣,味道ok但我覺得都辣左少少,唔食得辣嘅朋友可以叫微辣。魚片份量都唔少,有寬粉、芽菜,仲有幾條午餐肉😅雖然聽落有d怪,但食落都ok嘅。🍽北海道牛乳滑蛋蝦仁滑蛋炒得剛剛好、好滑,而且蝦仁都算大隻份量唔少,配埋甜豉油撈飯,正呀!呢個係好好食性價比高,個人覺得呢個係好食過太興嘅。我幾乎自己食晒成碟飯,樓面姨姨仲問我地夠唔夠飯?可以添飯喎😅例湯係粉葛赤小豆湯,例湯嚟講質素都唔錯。總結:午餐餐牌上仲有好多選擇,我假日就會再嚟試下其他。
