係我印象神戶屋都開左好多年,對上一次黎應該都有6年前,係兆萬差唔多層層都有刺身放題的競爭下都仲生存到,都有番咁上下底氣,以前黎呢度都係同朋友夜晚聚會,今次就一家大細星期日中午時份黎食,估唔到上到黎無咩人,好多位,雖然位同位唔係闊,但都放得落BB椅,坐低第一時間都係掃code叫野食,款式其實算係咁,種類生到熟,任你淥嘅打邊爐都有,而刺身拼盤都一定係每檯客嘅頭盤,邊度都係每次都一定整得靚靚出餐,呢度都唔例外,三文魚 鮑魚 魚蝦蟹 仲有乾冰煙霧效果,點影點拍都靚,三文魚貨一定係新鮮嘢,其他凍貨刺身都唔係差,反而熱食有驚喜,因為刺身都係拎貨返,熱食要加都睇廚房手勢,好似個牛舌咁,咁鬼厚,未食前都怕咬唔開,點知咁厚都燒得幾好食軟淋淋😋,而其他炸物都唔係差,炸鮮奶都係唔錯選擇,其次蒸扇貝都係合格貨色,無蒸過頭(急凍貨蒸唔好好易成舊扇貝橡膠咁),說到尾就甜品時間,雪糕/雪條,好多韓式雪條簡架,同叫左個燒菠蘿🍍,最驚喜都係呢一樣,唔知係咪客人唔多嘅關係,師父成個菠蘿燒出黎好鬼靚!燒到菠蘿面都少少焦糖化,最好食都係呢樣,咁就一餐了!
