日乘西,Bistro@Figaro 中環善慶街2號地下 了無新意我連銷倒模餐廳令人怕怕,第一次來figaro 門面讓我想起電腦遊戲the bistro 的感覺,哈哈暴露了年齡!中午set,由$158 焗赤雞薩摩雞腿+黑胡椒飯,呢個係主打signature 之一,套餐包了湯,另外錢可配甜品或飲品。是日湯品有芝士薯仔湯,幾creamy,連一片烘得芳香又脆身的basil 橄欖油抹醬包,雞是來自日本鹿兒島縣,隻雞脾好多肉又大隻,肉質天哦超嫩滑。雞味比香港食到普通雞濃郁,而黑椒味帶出層次,皮亦有彈性不肥膩。米都要好質素,用日本米及雜殻米,比較香同軟糯。用金屬平底鍋一齊上,淋上汁即滋滋作響及散出芳香。$128 吞拿魚香油鹽麴漬蟹子黑胡椒飯 ,吞拿魚加了鹽麴同炸蒜,加以撈wasabi 同豉油的日或魚生飯食法,一口就夾雜了幾種味道很豐富。魚子微微鹹香之餘又品嚐到粒粒感,可撈埋yogurt 醬一齊食就變成西式風格了$38 加了蛋卷,口味是朱古力,中間架cream 是加了些黑松露。用味蕾征服世界,好鐘意食呀!店中有多種酒煩供應,食飯外也適合來happy hour
