To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚想吃拉麵，來到豚王吃了一碗拉麵和小吃。⭐️黑王這碗麵黑乎乎的，湯頭有獨特的味道，為整道菜提供了層次感，使得每一口都帶著濃郁的滋味。另外加了蒜蓉，蒜蓉的順滑質地和獨特的香氣與其他配料融合。叉燒肉腩肉是半肥瘦，呈薄切，肉質嫩滑多汁。另外還有野菜，增添了一份清新感。點了一片紫菜。溏心蛋黃散發出誘人的金黃色澤，咬下去時，蛋黃流動而濃郁。我還點了餃子，配搭日本柚子檸檬醬油帶來了一絲清新的酸爽味道。餃子外脆內軟，很美味。
