To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬鞍山食米線其實都無咩選擇，最後都係決定食譚仔雲南米線。-🍴豬肉酸辣米線(走韭菜)(少米線)($34) - 由於也米😍唔食韭菜，所以走咗。酸辣湯底，酸酸辣辣，令人上癮🤤。豬肉份量都唔少，配埋湯底一流！-🍴土匪雞翼(3隻)($24) - 雖然有啲貴💰，但係真係幾好食😋，香料孜然粉好香，加上烤到外脆內軟，入邊充滿肉汁。-🍴凍葡萄特飲配乳酸爆珠🍇(+$12) - 呢個係新出無耐嘅特飲，好大杯！同杯水嘅份量差唔多相差三倍😱。有一塊檸檬🍋係杯邊，幾靚！飲落好甜，唔止飲品甜，連爆珠都係甜，係甜上加甜🤭，最後忍唔住放塊檸檬落去，希望啲酸味可以平衡一吓甜味。葡萄味都幾出，不過爆珠就冇咩乳酸味。下次都係叫翻常飲好啲。
