收左工,跟2位同事一齊食晚餐🥣,佢推薦一間日本🇯🇵著名料理S2 kitchen 開設餐廳,主廚好有名堂,所以慕名而來,地點都相當方便,我地上到去店員安排左個位比我地坐,太肚餓既關係,我地睇完menu就叫左6款美食,分別有北海道海膽三文魚爆丼,果然係招牌菜式,我地將蟹籽跟飯一齊撈,再將三文魚夾住一齊食,超級甜美,而海膽就夾住紫菜一齊食,海膽入口即溶,真係食到d 蟹籽爆爆下,別有一番風味!😋鹽燒牛舌串肉質好唸,味道岩岩好,唔好太咸!而個鹽燒雞翼同大蔥燒黑豚肉加埋d檸檬🍋汁都好香脆同嫩滑,到個清酒🍶煮大蜆,酒味唔會太濃,而蜆肉都好鮮甜同都幾大隻、凍凍地食番個日式安格斯牛肉鍋,趁熱辣辣將蛋黃倒落去個鍋度再撈一下,牛肉肉質好嫩滑,都幾重牛味但唔會太羶,再配有大菜包小菜同鮮菇做配料,唔錯!最後黎個香桃蟹籽沙律🥗,賣相唔錯,香桃肉切晒一粒粒,再配埋蘋果絲,青瓜絲同蟹籽,口感好爆好爽脆!果然係日本🇯🇵師傅大師級既水準!呢度裝修都好有日本🇯🇵既風格,好岩係觀塘收左工既朋友仔吃飯聊天既好地方!😊+++++++++++++++如果大家喜歡💕我寫既食評,麻煩比個❤️鼓勵一下我,我會寫更多更好既食評比大家!😊
