To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假帶朋友去左間日和風嘅餐廳食lunch食物選擇唔少，最出名係食吉列牛燒，價錢亦都唔算太貴🍣三文魚蟹籽刺身丼 $78刺身望落食落都新鮮，三文魚夠厚同埋都好多蟹籽，另外仲有蟹柳絲同玉子燒。三文魚因為厚切，食落都幾有口感。另外蟹籽都好新鮮好有爽脆感。🐂初見香草吉列牛 $148牛肉身幾靚，油花都幾夠多，切開後都幾多片。每片牛都有滿滿嘅吉列香草，熱石爐自己放上去燒控制熟度。肉味夠嫩，油花夠多食落好有油香，香草味道都幾濃，個餐配左碗白飯一陣就食晒
