作為元朗人,附近開新野梗係要試下。呢間”吟”價位ok,見入面又坐得幾舒服就試下啦。入到去,位置十幾個,鐵板有三塊,日式小店感覺,既溫暖又整潔。廚師發辦最好就係一個價位,坐低就有野食。剛開始有個沙律,可以食住睇廚師為你準備下一道菜。簡單講下分別幾道菜-黑松露蒸蛋,入面會有好多三文魚子。-帶子露荀,上面仲有煎香左既飛魚子粒。-煎活鮑魚,好生猛既鮑魚配埋抹茶冷麵,新鮮彈牙得黎冇得輸。-香煎鵝肝多士,好肥好大舊既鵝肝,仲配有冰凍水果粒減少油膩感。-砂糖麵包,中間食少少甜野幾香口。-金目鯛,個魚皮炸到好脆,十分可口。-蝦膏煎龍蝦,師傅好純熟既技巧就將龍蝦拆肉,而家龍蝦入面好多膏。-煎和牛,本身塊肉油花已經幾好,不過當然師傅識整好重要,仲叫我地分3 Parts食。-鯛魚濃湯,入面好足料,而且鮮味十足。-  炒飯,用左岩岩既和牛邊位黎炒,有油香,粒粒分明。-  大福,蜜瓜味好食。整體服務唔錯,師傅都一直會同我地講解食材又會傾下計,野食性價比幾高,同樣食物出尖沙咀可能要多一倍價錢。
