To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鮮丼家話說，何文田有間日本小店，主打魚生丼飯，性價比幾高，乳豬決定替大家一試。乳豬午飯時間到達，日式裝潢有格調，鋪面有兩部分，座位有卡位提供，算舒適寬敞。乳豬就叫左個三色丼飯同蕃茄豬軟骨烏冬試個究竟。三色丼飯飯中有三文魚、甜蝦同蟹籽，三文魚切得有一定厚度，亦頗為新鮮，甜蝦尚可，如果能夠額外添加一啲醬汁，會無咁單調，$65午餐價錢配上熱飲一杯算合理。乳豬指數：🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷蕃茄豬軟骨烏冬乳豬十分鐘情豬軟骨同係蕃茄控，所以一定要試下佢。茄湯味道足夠，但唔係好濃烈果隻，豬軟骨一般大小，咬落去都係夠軟綿既，有juice, 烏冬夠彈牙，$45算係咁，但份量唔太夠多。乳豬指數：🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷
