會掛住京都嘅抹茶福岡嘅屋台九洲嘅拉麵北海道嘅聖代大阪嘅......唔係大阪燒係炸串!香港有好多日本菜餐廳但做炸串真心唔多炸串係大阪關西嘅標誌之一介乎串燒與天婦羅之間串揚嘅蘸醬似串燒嘅燒汁而食材包住嘅粉漿又有啲似天婦羅但其實炸串更講求香口粉漿多數係用高筯粉再加麵包糠食落愈紥實愈有feel(同天婦羅係背道而馳嘅concept)另一重點係炸串同拉麵一樣唔等人上枱要趁熱食!淺嚐3款 黑和牛、雞蛋豬肉卷、南瓜同子持昆布炸得香脆,外皮厚薄適中隱約仲見到內層餐廳主打係炸串坐上客有日本人連待應生們都有日本人連日本人都嚟幫襯相信味道都算係正宗明太子芝士玉子燒好食啱餸酒炸串以外亦有時令菜單點咗平政厚切同醋鯖魚另外蒸日本生蠔幾抵食半打生蠔味道偏淡不過不失
