今日難得星期日做完運動,好想食返餐好嘅。最近好掛住喺日本食居酒屋嘅感覺,所以就喺旺角搵咗一間居酒屋,試吓佢嘅質素如何。呢間居酒屋分為上下兩層,下層係好似Bar枱咁樣嘅座位,而上層就有卡位同埋雙人位,位置稍為有少少迫,但就正正有居酒屋嘅感覺。٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و汁煮左口魚群邊 $148佢呢個左口魚裙邊好香魚味,而且擺盤好精緻,有三文魚子加魚子醬嘅組合,令到成個前菜層次十足,加埋佢浸咗喺有淡香嘅調味汁入面,成個裙邊有外面同入邊都有好多種唔同嘅味道。雜錦天婦羅 $168呢個天婦羅非常之香口,入面有好多種唔同嘅食材,有南瓜、蝦、菇等等。通常喺香港食天婦羅都會好大油益味,但係佢嘅天婦羅一啲都唔油,好乾身好脆。明太子燒 $108呢個明太子燒係原條咁樣消耗,加埋一啲炸蒜喺隔離作為調味,就咁食有少少鹹,不過加埋落去其他食物入邊,成個組合就變得好香,作為前菜係一個唔錯嘅選擇。鮮蟹肉粥 $168本身諗住食居酒屋叫粥應該份量唔會好大,但係佢呢個粥係成盤,而且入邊有好多蟹肉、紫菜、同原條蟹肉條,每一啖都能夠食到蟹嘅香味。極上鹽燒牛舌芯 $128去居酒屋一定要食燒物,所以我就叫咗呢個牛舌,佢嘅牛舌燒得外脆內軟,非常香
