見一口餃子平平地,即管叫咗一份嚟試下上到檯原來好細粒,一啖食哂落肚,口感較乾冇咩肉汁形狀唔多似日式餃子,煎得有點過火,唔推介黑蒜油味道不濃不淡,不過佢拉麵嘅配搭幾有特色有蔥,有荀絲,仲有啲柚皮食落麵質都幾彈牙,黑蒜油嘅香混雜住柚皮雖然有點甘,但係食落又有點苦,所以有啲奇怪撈麵底有好多醬汁,面頭有一隻大大嘅生雞蛋黃同芝麻花生粒,食落幾香濃惹味,仲落咗啲好似XO醬嘅調味料,有細細隻嘅櫻花蝦叉燒凍咗幾乾身,要趁熱快啲食
