放假既日子最好就係趁odd hour 去試啲正常時間好大機會排長龍既餐廳,今次放假就去近排朋友話唔錯既牛極,下晝四點半左右去到,都有7成滿座,可能其他食客同我心態一樣,唔想排隊店舖雖不大,但好有日式餐廳feel, 一打開門就見到自助點餐機,自己選自己買,要用cash, 牛有好多唔同部位揀,唔錯既地方係有分唔同重量,可以按自己需要叫大舊啲或者細舊啲,點完餐,拎左飛就入去搵位,交比侍應,廚房就開始準備塊牛呢個時候我地就可以自己裝飯,湯🥣、沙律🥗、調味汁等等。 沙律🥗其實係椰菜絲加啲青瓜同車里茄,食肉再配啲菜,可以平衡一下佃油份,個面豉湯令我飲左兩碗,好足料,有海帶豆腐蘿白,仲有南瓜🎃!呢個真係讚👍🏻好快我地兩塊牛就來,我地唔算太肚餓,所以點左80g牛肩肉眼同埋180g牛肋肉,試下兩個唔同部位牛上枱時已放在燒熱既石版上,用張吸油紙藝住上枱,避免會彈油,侍應教我地可以切細塊煎,呢個動作唔慢得,個塊上枱既牛都係一成熟,食客按自己生熟需要來煎,我朋友一向食得較生,所以四面稍為煎過佢就食個牛肩肉眼好有牛肉味,口感好好,唔會太淋,有件煎耐左熟左都唔老牛肋骨好厚身,所以最好煎耐啲啲,牛肋骨既肉好滑,又是
