To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次光顧,無論服務,食物,環境也十分好,雖然種類不算太多,但勝在質量取勝。刺身拼盤:北寄貝、榮螺、三文魚、鮑片,材料新鮮,三文魚唔好切咁厚會好啲,好漏;牛舌串燒:唔會乾爭爭;芝士焗蠔:材料填滿整個蠔,雖然隻蠔幾奀,不過啲配料好味,明知會漏,但都叫左幾個ROUND;琉璃蝦壽司:當日無呢種刺身,朋友話好食;七味雞翼:外表睇唔太吸引,食落少少辣辣,惹味;一口和牛:多汁,一啲都唔韌,有水準;清酒煮蜆:一般這個食評是在我昨晚光顧灣仔店後補上的,一是回味上環店的好,二是斥責灣仔的差,原來同一寶號,不同分店,原來分別真的這麼大,尚有荃灣分店未嘗試,希望不會又一次失望就好了。

無論服務,食物,環境也十分好,
雖然種類不算太多,但勝在質量取勝。

刺身拼盤:北寄貝、榮螺、三文魚、鮑片,材料新鮮,三文魚唔好切咁厚會好啲,好漏;
牛舌串燒:唔會乾爭爭;
芝士焗蠔:材料填滿整個蠔,雖然隻蠔幾奀,不過啲配料好味,明知會漏,但都叫左幾個ROUND;
琉璃蝦壽司:當日無呢種刺身,朋友話好食;
七味雞翼:外表睇唔太吸引,食落少少辣辣,惹味;
一口和牛:多汁,一啲都唔韌,有水準;
清酒煮蜆:一般

這個食評是在我昨晚光顧灣仔店後補上的,
一是回味上環店的好,二是斥責灣仔的差,
原來同一寶號,不同分店,原來分別真的這麼大,
尚有荃灣分店未嘗試,
希望不會又一次失望就好了。
