To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上週末到訪近日大熱嘅上環昭和風咖啡店，一入餐廳就見到滿佈聖誕裝飾，配合聖誕音樂，節日氛圍非常濃厚。餐廳設日式榻榻米座位，影相一流！壽喜燒汁慢煮牛柳($198)薄切牛柳肉質軟腍，牛味濃郁，沾上甜甜嘅壽喜燒汁，每啖食落都滿滿幸福感，配上蛋汁令牛柳更滑嫰日式燒牛舌 ($98)牛舌相當厚身，頗有咬口，加左鹽稍作調味，味道不錯！小山園抹茶奶凍卷蛋 ($62)奶凍口感滑溜，搭配抹茶忌廉，令抹茶味更香濃，如果蛋糕更濕潤就好～小山園焙茶麻糬戚風蛋糕 ($68)蛋糕加入焙茶忌廉，茶味突出，麻糬比較硬身，略嫌唔夠煙韌😛Hoiicha Latte （$55）拉花好精緻！鮮奶口感順滑，奶味較重～ 不過不失Pistachio Latte （$60）第一次見到呢個配搭，開心果味非常濃郁，鮮奶上面仲有開心果粒增加口感，非常驚喜！
