To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚一家人去元氣壽司食晚餐，因為是會員，可以用app排隊，所以唔使點等就可以入去，否則至少等一個鐘。最推介就係黑松露薯條，新鮮即炸，熱辣辣勁好味！配埋個黑松露醬，簡直係人間美食。第二推介就係三色刺身，好鮮甜，好美味，刺身比壽司新鮮同厚，本身唔鍾意食咁多飯，所以就揀咗個刺身。三文魚湯好香濃，飲完成個身暖晒，每次黎都會必叫。叫咗杯蜜瓜梳打雪球，好抵飲，連雪糕都只不過係$19。健康之選一定係牛油果蟹柳沙律，大大碗，多多菜，都只係$22。
