太耐未有到日本旅行,很想念當地美食,於是這夜走到位於尖沙咀的太郎居酒屋用膳。去到居酒屋,當然要喝點酒。這是香港品牌吹啤啤的抹茶小黑啤,非常容易入口,結合了濃郁的宇治抹茶,味道清新怡人,為這日式晚餐打響頭炮。餐廳送過來的玻璃杯還要是冰過的,可見安排細緻體貼。點了四款壽司。鰻魚壽司鮮甜可口;火炙魷魚壽司肉質彈牙;黑松露大蝦加入沙律醬令味道更為突出;帆立貝鮮味十足,軟滑味美。鹽燒新鮮青龍蝦香氣四溢,加入適量的鹽以作調味,令本身已經鮮甜的蝦肉加倍美味。再吃一些串燒。雞翼已經開邊處理,方便進食,加入黑椒調味,非常惹味。和牛牛舌牛味濃厚,彈牙富質感。五花腩肉質很甜,帶著少許辣味,層次很豐富。露筍豚肉卷的豚肉燒得香脆,包著露筍就把其獨特香味發揮得淋漓盡致。銀杏口感細滑,加少許鹽令其味道更佳。
