今日去咗黑木試佢哋嘅串燒Omakase ,廚師好細心,每一道菜上既時候隻碟都係熱嘅,保持住食物嘅熱度,唔會令變碟影響食物嘅味道。我最鍾意食就係牛舌拖羅同埋燒白鱔。牛舌拖羅最後嗰一塊因為皮既部份比較多,所以燒得非常有牛味,食完之後仲有淡淡的餘香係個口入面。另外燒白鱔都係十分之值得稱讚,因為廚師係將白鱔蒸完再燒,令到佢好鬆軟,有少少似食緊疏乎厘咁樣。好特別嘅一道菜就係燒豬肉包萵筍,佢係拼咗長洲買返嚟嘅蝦醬,所以食緊日式串燒之餘覺得有一點點嘅香港味道。燒菠蘿都係十分之好食,廚師好用心咁燒菠蘿燒咗差唔多成15分鐘,焦糖面令到菠蘿食落去好脆,入面有好多汁。真係令人回味啊!總括來講呢一餐飯有少少似港式又有少少似日式,最後埋單大概$700一個人再加一,有點少貴,但都可以一試。

總括來講呢一餐飯有少少似港式又有少少似日式,最後埋單大概$700一個人再加一,有點少貴,但都可以一試。
