To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為天氣突然轉冷,打算去食sa bu sa bu。但點知去到發現有新menu ,又咁岩係2人餐-龍蝦併蟹腳鍋推介,餐廳介紹可以選擇以用火鍋形式上或餐廳煮熟比你~以往黎親都係刺身、鐵板燒,咪即管試試,我揀左自己‘’涮涮‘’鯛魚湯底冇欺場,湯白白濃濃,好足料熬製呀,龍蝦係新鮮準備,蟹腳大件又鮮甜,加埋龍蝦膏蔬菜盤新鮮,夠份量,2個人食都覺得好飽。本想額外加3xx(套餐優惠價)添加(好似係鹿兒島)牛肉,但最終吃不下沒有order。我飲湯都湯左幾碗呀,越飲越濃味,越飲越想再飲。最後,食埋豆腐雪糕,我最愛呢隻味。好滿足既一餐。
