物超所值 每款食物都足見日本師傅心思誠意!☺️-The best yakitori I have ever had in Hong Kong! The restaurant is specialised in grilled chicken skewers and it is quite special that they are using charcoal stove to grill. Apart from the skewers, you should never miss the Chicken Liver Pate and Cheese Soboro. The chicken liver goes very well with the bread and it tastes really good. Cheese Soboro can go with soya sauce and wasabi which makes the taste special too! You just cannot miss this restaurant!

估唔到第一樣要介紹最邪惡嘅燒雞皮 但必須要講呢串係我係香港食過最好味嘅燒雞皮 我係因為呢間餐廳先知燒雞皮原來可以咁好味😭 師傅細心切走肥膏 燒嘅時間啱啱好唔會太乾太肥 仲有啲雞汁 少少雞油香滲出黎 必必必食推介!!
🍗 雞腿 Thigh ($45)
餐廳處理雞腿會係舖頭先熟成兩日 令肉味更香濃 啖啖肉嘅雞腿仲好鮮嫩呀真係!!
🍖 免治雞肉 Tsukune ($45)
食串燒通常都會叫呢串 唔同餐廳有唔同嘅處理方法 有人會點蛋漿有人加入雞軟骨 而呢間餐廳係加入山芋同洋蔥等等嘅食材 一樣口感豐富 又不失雞肉嘅味道 大大件好滿意
🐷 豚五花腩蘆筍卷 Pork Belly & Asparagus Roll ($45)
除左雞肉串燒亦有豚肉 外面燒得非常焦香脆 肥瘦位置都有 油份又平衡得好好 入面嘅蘆筍新鮮又清新
🥯 雞肝醬加麵包 Chicken Liver Pate ($85)
估佢唔到咁好味 好少食雞肝醬 質感偏實淨嘅醬 味道偏濃厚 塗係麵包上面中和得黎又更帶出雞肝醬味道 唔使慳住慳住 份量好夠而且真係好好食 大大pat搽上去啦😋
🧀 雞肉碎芝士 Cheese Soboro ($60)
啱啱上碟都唔知係咩黎🤣 不過食落好有驚喜一樣係好好味喔 每件芝士用紫菜包住 芝士入面有啲啲小脆粒好似碎雞軟骨咁 仲有醬油wasabi可以點 口感同味道都好有層次 食串燒之餘可以試下呢啲心意之作喔💕
