無飯煮婦嘅我,每晚都要諗跟老公食咩,今次就揀間日式煲仔飯嚟食。平日睇餐牌我都會先睇吓間餐廳有咩推介,因為推介親多數係皇牌信得過,食依個日式煲仔飯就先揀鰻魚飯,豬軟骨飯,再加皇牌推介黑松露玉子燒同吉列牛舌。個吉烈牛舌,粉醬唔太厚牛舌係厚切,夾埋一齊口感非常好,牛舌唔係乾淨淨嘅,配埋沙律醬一齊食相當唔錯,個玉子燒面有一層黑松露沙律醬,黑松露味夠香濃玉子燒得好,唔會太老... 一啖咬落去味道不錯。到主角釜飯啦,豬軟骨係大大舊見到都開心,個釜飯除豬軟骨外仲有半隻魯蛋同配菜,個飯就粒粒分明加埋豬軟骨個汁相當好味,之後就到鰻魚,我揀咗個升級極嘅,個鰻魚係覆蓋個釜飯,鰻魚上仲有芝麻... 最緊要個魚夠厚身,相當有口感又香,一啖咬鰻魚嘅油脂係口腔爆出,簡直一試難忘由於油份相當足配埋飯簡直一流
