好耐冇食日式燒肉發現七輪燒肉係香港開咗分店梗係去幫襯下啦店舖裝修非常之日本入到去聞到D燒肉味個口已經開始流口水了首先叫咗一下黑豚toro要得拖丶羅就緊係比較脂肪重嘅豬肉原來就係豬頸肉不過住頸肉通常都係比較硬身同埋細細片不過呢款就係完全日本進口嘅豬頸肉佢哋用上大大片厚切嘅方法上起初我都怕好難燒熟同埋好難咬不過佢個爐好好用唔會好易焦之餘亦都可以令到食物好快熟而且啱啱好燒到豬頸肉外邊焦焦地豬頸肉咬落佢係爽口彈牙而且香噴噴嘅豬油慢慢由豬頸肉入面滲出來豬頸肉嘅油香就完全充滿成個口之後叫咗另一樣邪惡食品就係燒大腸因為怕太油膩關係今次就我選擇咗柚子醬原來佢哋用上成條豬腸直接上呢樣就好考功夫慢慢用剪刀將豬腸剪成一條條細細份咁樣就可以慢慢將逐份燒香而且燒豬腸係唔可以心急的要慢慢燒令到豬腸外皮燒到脆卜卜不過下次我就應該要將佢哋再剪得再細分啲咁樣佢哋個外皮就更加脆最後叫咗個牛燒之盛盒入面有牛肋肉,牛胸腹肉,豬腩肉,雞腿肉及羊仔肉一個set入面有晒咁多種肉就非常之扺而入面我最鍾意食嘅就係牛胸腹肉同埋羊仔肉牛胸腹入面嘅肉味都非常之濃但係肉質又唔會非常之硬而羊仔肉亦都唔會羶肉質好嫩滑最後食咗成晚都係燒肉所以就叫左

不過住頸肉通常都係比較硬身同埋細細片

不過呢款就係完全日本進口嘅豬頸肉

起初我都怕好難燒熟同埋好難咬

不過佢個爐好好用

唔會好易焦之餘亦都可以令到食物好快熟

而且啱啱好燒到豬頸肉外邊焦焦地

豬頸肉嘅油香就完全充滿成個口

之後叫咗另一樣邪惡食品

就係燒大腸

因為怕太油膩關係

今次就我選擇咗柚子醬

原來佢哋用上成條豬腸直接上

呢樣就好考功夫

慢慢用剪刀將豬腸剪成一條條細細份

咁樣就可以慢慢將逐份燒香

而且燒豬腸係唔可以心急的

要慢慢燒令到豬腸外皮燒到脆卜卜

不過下次我就應該要將佢哋再剪得再細分啲

咁樣佢哋個外皮就更加脆

最後叫咗個牛燒之盛盒

入面有牛肋肉,牛胸腹肉,豬腩肉,雞腿肉及羊仔肉

一個set入面有晒咁多種肉就非常之扺

而入面我最鍾意食嘅就係牛胸腹肉同埋羊仔肉

牛胸腹入面嘅肉味都非常之濃

但係肉質又唔會非常之硬

而羊仔肉亦都唔會羶

肉質好嫩滑

最後食咗成晚都係燒肉

所以就叫左一杯抹茶雪糕去清清下個口

呢度啲抹茶都係日本進口的

所以唔會太苦

好好食
