To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真的不是一開門就去的話，很難可以有位！ 最近新開的日本燒肉店，晚晚都大排長隊，網上的攞飛統統都要暫停，太厲害吧！ 店內裝修以木色為主，簡單舒服，每個座位都有一個爐在前面，方便一人前食客。素描二維碼落單，這店出名的是牛，很多牛的套餐選擇，絕對是牛魔王的選擇！雖然我唔食牛，但有五花腩和雞髀肉套餐可選。素食者亦有植物肉的選擇，誰說素食者不能去食燒肉。這燒肉店賣點是可按重量計算，不論肉和飯，都可按自己的食量決定！ 反而飲品不是太多選擇，只有幾款汽水和茶可選。點了100G套餐，大概有4片五花腩和7-8塊雞脾肉，套餐已包湯、沙律或泡菜和飯，飯亦選了最少的，怕浪費！五花腩味道醃得很好，雞髀肉很滑，$48套餐絕對超值！ 還有，這店不收現金的。
