To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夏天熱辣辣梗係食冷麵最好💛依間良心小店每日都會新鮮製作麵條,標明係用日本麵粉同徹底過濾嘅水源,同日本人一樣對料理同食物質素嘅要求都好高。午餐時段嘅餐牌係揀一種日式料理再自選配搭冷/熱麵食或者飯(飯係用日本國產米!)。蕎麥麵係用蕎麥粉無添加嘅十割蕎麥,所以口感同味道都非常出色。特別係凍食嘅蕎麥麵同烏冬,煙韌彈牙又有咬口,係日本嘅味道~炸蝦野菜天婦羅外層脆卜卜,炸漿唔厚食落都唔油膩;第一次食天婦羅車厘茄,外面酥脆入面爆汁口感好得意。日式炸豬扒肉質軟腍又厚切,肥瘦適中,麵衣包裹得好好唔會分離。不過今次炸得有少許燶,唔係就perfect喇!
