To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同荃灣返工嘅朋友食飯，book左初見炸和風金栗紫薯餅，炸漿香脆而不厚，紫薯蓉好香甜，還夾雜着一粒粒栗子肉炸芝士餃子釀雞翼，豬肉餃子餡加上芝士再釀入雞翼中，炸得香脆嘅雞翼同香濃嘅芝士👍🏻炸明太子釀雞翼，明太子沙律鹹香同配雞翼炸得脆卜卜👍🏻👍🏻初見邪惡炸薯條，好似炸薯條配上香濃嘅牛油汁同鹹鹹嘅蛋黃後本身已經不錯，再配上鋪頭嘅沙律醬，真好味輕煎北海道帶子黑松露意大利飯，帶子很大粒，飯很creamy，飯裏面嘅芝士溶咗之後后仲有拉絲嘅感覺😍
