A4宮崎和牛厚燒$548📌留意要每人落訂$100留位確認出席餐廳🍴季節沙律🥗 冇乜特別,一般正常啦波士頓龍蝦🦞M9澳洲和牛薄燒A4宮崎和牛厚燒日式蒸蛋Chef蝦身用芝士焗龍蝦🦞、蟹鉗用鐵板燒,各有特色,Chef建議8成熟,個人覺得其實咁靚嘅龍蝦,點樣都好食😋兩種牛及季節野菜😄我哋兩位開心Share,Chef幫我哋分兩份👍🏻宮崎牛肉質鮮嫩多汁,雪花均勻,好食😋不過唔知係咪放喺網架上,而只係4成熟,所以上枱有啲凍,未能將油脂香味完全帶出😅澳洲牛可能係薄切嘅關係,所以Chef以牛肉包住比較重味嘅菜物,個人覺得有啲浪費,食唔出牛味,比入面漬物搶咗味,嘥左😅角落頭放咗季節野菜、蒜片、山葵、岩鹽😍炒飯、麵豉湯、醬菜炒飯真係超正、超好食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻甜品-芝麻味雪糕雪糕都好食嘅,不過硬到好似舊石頭咁,要放在室溫一段時間先食

我哋兩位開心Share,Chef幫我哋分兩份👍🏻
