To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

加太賀真係聽過未食過，今次終於有機會去食到。成條巷都係佢地嘅，侍應們都著日本和服，加上個度嘅裝修令成個氣氛好日式，比人感覺唔錯。 食物有好多選擇，我地8 個人叫左8 樣菜，本人最推薦有以下幾款：1. 花之戀 - 每件有成3 件三文魚，件件都好厚好肥美，食得我地津津有味。2. 鵝肝和牛粒石鍋飯 -  飯好夠熱，鵝肝撈好左之後令成個飯都充滿佢嘅香氣，好食。3. 鰻魚炒烏冬 - 烏冬好彈牙，甜甜地，鰻魚份量都多，加埋好好食。其他野食就唔逐一介紹，但整體唔錯。
