今日約咗friend去何文田新開日本餐廳,感覺幾正宗。首先嚟個刺身拼盤(有海膽、赤身、深池、帆立貝、三文魚腩、牡丹蝦、拖羅)全部都好新鮮,切得都幾厚身,唔錯!壽司就梗係唔少得,我叫咗4款,我鐘意D飯唔係好大’夠‘ 而且仲係暖嘅添,我自己就特別鐘意食左口魚裙邊。之後叫咗兩杯外型好靚嘅飲品,杯面有波波,杯底見到富士山,大約一分鐘左右波波會自動消失。有個甲羅燒伴燒鱈魚脆片我都覺得好正,係用蟹肉再加味噌一D齊煮再配埋鱈魚脆片食‘好配’另外見牆上有個廚司推介‘黑毛豬义燒配溫泉蛋,比較起同平時食嗰D义燒有咬口,冇咁林身雞翼就鐘意佢冇骨,鑲咗D明太子辣辣地幾特別!
