二訪呢間餐廳,第一次黎食佢哋嘅lunch set,覺得抵食又難忘,今次黎試下佢哋嘅dinner~我哋今次兩個人叫咗佢哋最新推出嘅椰皇壽喜燒($398),入面有A5宮崎加M7澳洲和牛,和牛油花均勻,香氣四溢,肉質細嫩,入口即化,加埋佢哋調制嘅醬汁,更加令和牛嘅鮮味更上一層樓,湯底係椰子水,鮮味十足,入面嘅配菜都好足料,雜菜雜菇都唔少,仲有豆腐,而配料有海蝦同福袋,椰皇味嘅壽喜燒,食完真係好滿足,大推!155mm珍寶生蠔配黑松露牛油野菌($78):依家做緊買一送一,呢個價錢食到咁大粒嘅生蠔真係好抵,生蠔肥美鮮甜,而且仲好新鮮,黑松露嘅點綴估唔到都好夾!M7澳洲和牛水菜卷($169):和牛油脂豐富,配上水菜均勻返個油膩感,咬落好juice~玉子燒汁脆活海鰻($188):海鰻即叫即燒,外皮香脆,又唔會有好多骨,肉質柔嫩,玉子燒香甜,配埋玉手燒汁食真係冇得輸!綠菜鮮奶熊脆脆($68):綠茶味好出,飲落有啲似抹茶latte,香濃嘅綠茶甘香,茶面仲有巧克力脆脆點綴~藍蝶花佛手柑熊茶($68):茶底係柚子茶,酸酸甜甜,解膩一流,兩杯野飲都放咗熊仔冰粒,賣相加曬分。入面嘅環境都好舒服,好有日本居酒屋嘅感
