The One三樓有間Fine Dining門口好隱蔽,原來係食西日Fine Dining的除左門口的8-course menu原來仲有其他平啲的選擇,可以問Staff 拎menu. 今日試左個5-course Tasting Menu ($568): 前菜三味:(1) 鱈魚刺身、玉林蘋果、柚子醋啫喱,銀鱈魚刺身幾滑,有油香,再用蘋果同醋的酸味平衡番(2) 日式蟹膏、水牛芝士配最中餅Cream Cheese幾香幾Creamy,幾適合配落蟹肉度食(3) 赤海蝦、福岡無花果同赤蝦餅,蝦刺身好新鮮,幾有膠質;蝦餅好脆身,配埋一齊幾好味小食:本枯節明太子釀意大利黃瓜花天婦羅炸粉薄身,明太子醬好Creamy, 黃瓜爆汁,混合出黎好清新好Match 主食(1)日本A5和牛配味噌大根,用左鹿兒島和牛,好重油脂同嫩滑,幾Impressive 味噌大根同自家製蠔豉醬好夾,另外松茸菇的菇味好出,好正主食(2)巴馬火腿舞茸釜飯,用爐直接煲熱,火腿同舞茸菇聞落已經好香配埋個氯好暖笠笠甜品:鹿兒島紫芋杏仁若瑟布甸好似脆身的泡芙咁。個紫芋Cream + 粒粒杏仁脆好香,texture好得意,唔錯最後餐酒仲加左杯:
