To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日晚上7時到達沙田新城市的燒肉店，係門口排左40分鐘就1行5人入到店內。我地就坐係吧枱位置每人1爐，點了5個餐，包括有，牛五花同豬腩200g，牛小排同牛板腱200g，三部合奏300g，like 150g，牛五花200g，每份套餐都包泡菜或沙律，湯，白飯或加錢紫菜飯與生蛋等。上餐時間都好快，雖然人好多但基本上用手機落完單5分鐘左右已經到齊。牛小排，牛舌都非常之好味，入口即溶也冇咩渣，當中雞肉都係一個不錯既選擇，燒到個皮少少濃脆脆地，個爐都好大火會燒到肉片有網狀。埋單600蚊左右，每人百蚊多少少，算係一個幾好的燒肉店，單拖去都得。
