刺身四點:油甘魚相當厚切,油香味撲鼻得黎又有口感。帆立貝相當幼滑。三文魚都算幾新鮮。而且四點的擺碟花了相當的心思,影相打卡一流。刺身拼盤黎講性價比都幾高。岸久漁師沙律,粉紅色的櫻花蝦唔但上顏色鮮艷,而且鮮味十足。是整道沙律的重點。沙律的調味酸酸甜甜,好開胃。有刺身加埋係沙律入面,沙律份量好多好抵食。鰻魚沒有碎骨,油份十足,肉質軟滑。用上原條鰻魚,而且厚度不薄,有光澤,性價比高。鰻魚汁稠身帶微甜,調味剛好。最後的野菜火焰鍋,呢個真係打卡一流。雖然係野菜鍋,食野菜盤前店員會幫你煮左三文魚骨同埋蜆,跟住先落湯底打邊爐。湯底帶啖啖清酒味,唔洗好似平時打邊爐甘用醬油都好夠味。
