係紅磡翻工,lunch唔知食乜好,行到呢到發現一間好似好有歷史既日式小店,店內都幾多人幫襯,於是入去試下😆呢到地方有小小細,但都算坐得舒服,老闆係日本人,負責埋廚房,真係出心又出力!滑蛋豬扒飯跟餐有麵豉湯,唔太鹹,有小小昆布,正常!至於個飯,豬扒好大塊!厚度適中,炸得香脆,但略嫌肉質有小小硬。蛋就煮得好滑,加埋菇同洋蔥煮到好香,佢仲有好多汁,味醂既甜味令人食到停唔到,飯都唔會dry!咁既質素只係$55 真係好抵食!
