HIME TENDERLOIN with Kyoto Komatsuna同樣選取shabu shabu用嘅牛肉食材,相比一般食A5和牛雪花多,滿滿油脂感。不過呢款牛肉口感不同,外表煎得香脆,入口即溶肉質細嫩五成熟剛剛好,配搭香蒜片同芥末、粗鹽等等各有不同滋味。
