今晚嚟到呢度,為嘅就係日本嘅味道,餐廳都好和風格局。侍應安排我哋坐入房仔,不過間房就要同另一枱嘅人一齊,有啲怪咁。叫咗樽北海道梅酒飲吓先,味道唔錯喎,夠香梅味,又唔太甜。吞拿魚蓉卷,魚蓉好甜,不過飯就唔夠實,比較鬆。鯖魚棒冇得頂,原條鯖魚半生熟,實在少有,魚腹肉嫩魚油香,醋飯係比普通嘅多一點點醋味。魚背係最好食,比魚腹係彈牙更有口感。辣味八爪魚普通啦。蟹膏甲羅燒,蟹膏濃縮到不得了,香噴噴熱辣辣,一啖之後滿口都蟹膏。牛油炒鮑魚,鮑魚新鮮彈牙,比牛油包住一啖入口,兩種味道好夾而又唔會搶走啲味。燒雞軟骨同雞翼都係普通,雞翼仲燒得比較差。麵豉茄子,茄子肥美多汁,配上少少麵豉佐酒小食。秋刀魚,魚皮都算有少少脆,魚肉嫩香帶少少魚油。燒牛舌要燒得好食,唔係個個得,呢度真係掂,嫩到又咬得開,唔韌,仲要見到粉紅色,就算放咗一陣,粉紅色都冇啦,入口都唔韌嘅,冇得頂。最後食埋個蟹炊,蟹肉唔算多,湯水有啲清酒味,蟹味就唔算凸出,比較清。喺房仔每次要搵服務員都要起身行出去,呢點有啲改善空間,侍應服務都好好。
