響銅鑼灣搵日本野食,見呢間好多款式選擇,同朋友試下。先叫一份薄燒牛肉沙律,牛肉半生熟,保留牛肉鮮味,烹調以慢煮方式,再加了蟹籽及配以開胃沙律菜。再叫了餐廳其中一樣招牌菜式,打卡一流的九鼎丼,聽個名已好有氣勢,上枱時相當吸晴,有九款日本料理最受歡迎的魚生同菜式,先食熟食,係蒲燒鰻魚,厚身,加上面層微微焦香及芝麻,好香口;雖然每份杯子細細,但份量一點都不吝嗇,每碗都載得滿滿的,之後急不及待食滿滿的海膽,色澤金黃,口感份外甘甜,非常新鮮好味,感覺幸福。另一驚喜係蟹羔,同樣是澎湃,蟹羔味濃郁,通常在甲羅燒會食到,但咁樣淨食大大啖的蟹羔,真係第一次,另一款係三文魚籽,每粒都在口內爆漿,好鮮甜,配上醋飯底的酸味,更帶出每樣海鮮的鮮甜味。還有其他刺身,有油香十足的吞拿魚拖羅,三文魚,真鯛魚味道較清淡,口感較煙韌,油甘魚,還有一梳梳的蟹肉,好滿足。飲品叫了桃味梳打,之後見到餐廳自家釀製多款梅酒及生果酒,下次必定試下。
