提一提大家一定要book 台!極full. 因為佢地係好食到,每台食客都係埋單時,都超級滿足咁多謝大家。好有愛,第一次見!首先係前菜,枝豆。一般枝豆都係用鹽調味,但佢地係用鯛魚汁浸,野味好多。不過我覺得送酒會但好,因為偏咸。之後上鯛魚簿切刺身片,用左我最愛嘅柚子汁,酸酸地,勁開胃。其實佢最出色係個山葵漬,令人又愛又恨!好野味,但真係好攻鼻呀!三文魚乾!第一次食,一般食開雞抱魚。三文魚食落淋身d, 我覺得醃得有d重手得制,太咸。鹽焗銀杏!估佢唔到咁好食,超甜!銀杏味勁出勁香!完全冇咸味!磯住鮑魚。鮑魚好爽口陣牙。舊時有人教我,蔥就係睇出廚師嘅刀功!睇下佢嘅蔥幾幼細同平均!tuna 三貫。大toro 唔洗講,入口即溶!但佢連個中toro 都已經好出色!中toro, 已經好肥美,好高油份。軍艦3貫。toro 一般,因為岩岩嘅太出汁。蟹膏蟹肉!啖啖蟹肉嘅感覺真係好正!蟹膏味超重!海膽好新鮮,顏色好靚,鮮甜美味。左口魚。唔係出而嘅左口魚,佢係大左口魚,比平時食嘅彈牙,厚身!魚油味一樣咁香濃!一向都係我嘅最愛。第一次食,日本青椒仔!估唔到好易入口,一d都唔辣wor! 配埋木魚食,去埋個青味!正好出
