日本嘅味道，值得一試

一幻之前喺日本食過，就打算喺香港試吓。Lunch time時間都好多人喺入邊食。一入到去，就有一張紙去剔想要咩麵，咩濃度等等。可以因應自己嘅口味去剔。最後叫咗個辛辣味噌蝦湯拉麵。個拉麵湯底我叫咗濃郁，食落真係有好濃郁嘅豬骨味。而且啲拉麵都好有彈性。唔會好難，而且因為湯底好濃，所以啲麵都會掛住啲湯底。食落就更加入味。糖心蛋煮得啱啱好，識落有好濃嘅蛋味。叉燒食落都好淋。同日本食嘅拉麵味道各方面都差唔多。整體黎講，如果大家都掛住日本食嘅拉麵，都可以去試吓。
