Restaurant: Mu Sa Shi Ya Ma

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

發現佐敦一間日本🇯🇵小店，店舖老闆應該是日本人，聽到佢同客人都話日文，但佢都識講廣東話。我地一共4人，分別點了不同既餐。餐前點了雞皮餃子🥟，很特別我自己唔想食米飯🍚所以就叫左個拉麵🍜豬骨湯底味道跟出前一丁牌的味道很相似。五花腩好食我既最愛拉麵彈牙朋友叫的雜錦魚生飯好別緻，由於佢是男生比較大食，份量亦相對不夠飽。但價錢亦唔平宜。不過其實其他午餐既價錢都唔算太貴，係魚生丼會貴啲，有平有貴，禁就要睇下你想食啲咩自己揀啦！朋友既日式豚肉滑蛋飯都唔錯👍🏻下次去我會再試
