To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前已經睇過網上介紹,一直想試,但冇機會,終於15號有時間去咗食lunch😋嗰日我帶埋婆婆去食,老闆好體貼,見到有長者,即安排卡位畀我哋👍🏼我哋點咗兩個餐,牛舌熱烏冬同沖繩炸豬扒冷蕎麥麵。牛舌熱烏冬:烏冬食得出係自家制但唔夠彈牙,湯底ok,唔會太淡。牛舌好香,夠入味亦夠燜,啱晒老人家食。不過得三舊,小咗啲。如果你係喜歡食爽口嘅牛舌,呢個煮法可能唔啱你。沖繩炸豬扒冷蕎麥麵:蕎麥麵本身冇特別驚喜,不過個汁就唔錯,掛喺麵上面唔太鹹,加埋wasabi落個汁到幾開胃。個豬扒要重點推介!算係我食過咁多間入面比較top嗰幾間。塊豬扒都幾大塊,炸到金黄色,賣相唔錯,已加分!咬開食到豬肉香味,再加上有汁淺出,真係好juicy!雖然舊豬扒入邊係有啲肥肉,但亦令到成舊豬扒好滑。老闆話啲豬扒係日本豬,難怪咁好味!😍整體嚟講唔錯,我會再去。大食嘅朋友可能會嫌份量細,唔夠食!今次影得一幅影下次會影多啲!
